Our Mission

BIO

I grew up in South Jersey, which is also where my swimming journey started. The beach, summer leagues meets, and my best friends made swimming such a special part of my childhood. As I grew, I learned that I, despite being tall, was not the most talented athlete out there. This realization pushed me to start strength training to try to “keep up” with my peers. Little did I know this was a spark that turned into a passion. Through trial and error, an okay D3 college career, and a couple of kinesiology degrees, I have continued to pursue this passion of learning how athletes can reach the most of their potential. I love opening athletes up to what the most important qualities are for them to train so that they may boldly challenge themselves to achieve them and develop the skills to be a masters at displaying them. I aim to develop intelligent, confident, athletes that love what they do and enthusiastically push their boundaries.

BIO

I graduated from The College of New Jersey (’21) with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and completed my master’s degree in sports performance coaching from Setanta College (’25). I’ve been swimming competitively since I was 8 years old, spent four years on the varsity swim team at TCNJ, and continue to compete in USA Masters meets.

I have an extensive background in exercise, fitness, and sports performance. I currently serve as an age group dryland coach for the Madison Area YMCA Mariners and as a sports performance coach for the Parisi Speed School of Morris. Having worked with both field and aquatic athletes, my goal is to merge the two worlds to help swimmers become more explosive and athletic by improving strength and coordination.

When I’m not training athletes for strength and performance, I also coach a USA Masters swim team. I started the team in 2021, and through the program I’ve had the opportunity to work with NCAA Division I and III athletes, Ironman competitors, and triathletes.

My mission is to create an environment of equal opportunity for every athlete regardless of athletic background or experience in order to help them achieve their goals and teach valuable life lessons through the medium of athletics.

To provide a unique strength and conditioning experience to swimmers. Our coaches have a passion for teaching and communicating with athletes. Let their expertise be your asset!
